We want youth to connect to God, connect to others, connect to ministry, and connect to the world.
We strive to provide opportunities for these things to happen.

Connect to God

Youth are encouraged to attend Sunday morning worship service and/or Polaris.
We have Bible study (or Sunday School) on Sunday mornings @ 9:00am.
Sunday evenings we gather together for a time of devotion and fellowship.
This is an informal time where all are free to be themselves.

Connect to Others

Every Wednesday night we get together and hang out.
During the summer, we usually go to different church members'
houses for fun, food, and games.
During the school year, we typically meet at the church and hang out.
Or we go to Starbucks. Or we pop popcorn and play games.

We also try to plan at least one fun fellowship time a month.
This might be bowling, a lock-in, miniature golf, movie night at the church,
a corn maze in the fall, a campout, canoeing, etc.

Connect to Ministry

Youth are active in the service of the church as a whole. They help out with AWANA on Sunday nights or with
other special events at the church. We also encourage the youth to participate in musical presentations, working
with them to prepare special music every so often. At other times, they work together to prepare a skit for the church.

Connect to the World

In addition to a once-a-month fellowship, we also try to plan a once-a-month time of service. This might be
yardwork for the elderly in the church, participating in the Green-Up Day at Caesar's Creek State Park, passing
out flyers for the church, telling people on the street about Jesus, or helping the ACTS Missions group with
the various missions projects that they do throughout the year.
